Catalan was the only language that I learned on my own, in my case the study of this language was 90% based in practice. In fact it is not that difficult for somebody who already speaks French, Spanish and has basic notions of Italian.
At the beginning of my learning process I created a group in Facebook to practice the language with native speakers. Wishing to add new content, I thought of posting quotes in Catalan every day, nevertheless I realized that there were few quotes developed in that language.
That situation made me decide to do my own quotes with my travel photos. The critical reception by group’s members was more than positive and it inspired me to work in the creation more quotes for several weeks. Then I realized, I had enough material to create a fan page in order to share them with all catalan speakers and students around the world.
So far I created more than 800, my goal is to arrive to 1000 quotes!
